    You will focus on building real-life skills and achieving meaningful, functional outcomes for the clients and families you support.

    Duties will include (depending on experience):

    • Senior roles - provide mentoring and clinical supervision as required to junior colleagues and students to support the team.
    • All roles - provide comprehensive assessment and intervention for children and adults to assist them in achieving their goals.
    • Providing effective outcome driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carers to provide therapy support to identify the best course of action.
    • Liaising with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriately needed.
    • Working as a part of the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client care.
    • Assess communication needs and clearly communicate with clients and funding organisations (e.g. NDIS) within appropriate time frames.
    • Participate in clinical reviews and supervision, ensuring service standards are met.

    We are looking for Experienced Behaviour Therapists to join our team in a Mobile role

    ***This role is suited to candidates with relevant experience in ABA, RBT and Behaviour Support experience***

    Kids Therapy Hub is a private clinic offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Behaviour Therapy services for young people. Our clinic is based in Gregory Hills NSW.

    This is a mobile Therapy role visiting schools and childcare centres (NO HOME VISITS).

    Positions are currently available for Behaviour Therapists to work with children in a highly individualised and supported environment. Therapy sessions are primarily carried out in schools and childcare centres with focus on teaching skills across a wide variety of domains such as communication, daily living, play, and social skills. This role is suited to candidates with relevant experience.

    A Behaviour Therapist duties and responsibilities include:

    • Working with children in several skill areas under the direction and supervision of a Senior Behaviour Therapist/Behaviour Support Specialist.
    • Implementing ABA-based intervention programs and procedures, NOT intensive programs, sessions last 40-45 mins.
    • Collecting, recording, and discussing data with Senior Behaviour Therapist.
    • Coordinating with a team of other allied health professionals.
    • Communicating with children’s’ family/guardians via email.
    • Assist in development of Behavioural Intervention Programs.
    • Maintaining client folders and progress notes up to date.

    Job requirements include:

    • Clear Police and Working with Children checks (WWCC)
    • Experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field is beneficial.
    • RBT 40 hour training required.
    • Experience working with young children or children with disabilities.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Demonstrating good skills to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

    Kids Therapy Hub is a privately owned and run paediatric clinic offering allied health services to the local community. We incorporate Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Therapy and Counsellor services within a friendly and collaborative environment. Our clinic is based in Gregory Hills with a new mega clinic opening close by in May 2023.

    An exciting and rewarding opportunity is currently available for a Counsellor to join the team! This is a clinic-based role, working with a diverse paediatric caseload with a strong focus providing a person-centred service to children and adolescents.

    Duties will include:

    • Delivering clinical and support services to children and adolescents impacted by trauma, bullying, school avoidance, challenging behaviours etc.
    • Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
    • Working in accordance with relevant professional practice standards and maintaining professional currency in counselling, therapeutic training, and case management
    • Maintaining a focus on the safety and wellbeing of clients and their families
    • Maintaining a thorough and up to date understanding of the relevant provisions Counsellors and operating with cognisance of the legislative provisions

    We are looking for passionate Psychologists or Provisional Psychologists to join our team! Work with a diverse paediatric caseload in our modern clinics, out in the community, or a mix of both.

    You will focus on building real-life skills and achieving meaningful outcomes for the children and families you support.

    Duties will include (depending on experience):

    • Plan, implement and evaluate individual therapeutic interventions such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and other modalities appropriate to the client and setting.
    • Maintain responsibility for a caseload of clients.
    • Complete documentation in line with professional standards.
    • Work collaboratively with patients, families, support staff, and other allied health services to ensure the best outcomes for the client.
    • Conducting standardised and non-standardised assessments including diagnostic evaluations, functional behaviour assessments, vocational, educational, and cognitive assessments- under the supervision of a fully qualified psychologist.
    • Participate in regular supervision sessions with an AHPRA- approved supervisor to ensure ethical practise and skill development.
    • Fulfill professional development and training requirements aligned with APHRA and APS guidelines.
    • Identify and provide appropriate information and education to patients, families, support staff, and other allied health services.
    • Adhere to organisational policies, ethical codes, quality assurance guidelines and reporting requirements.
