To help our clients as much as possible we have a range of payment options available depending on your circumstances and diagnosis.
Fees can be found on our service pages. Our prices are kept below the recommended NDIS rate to help our clients access more services.
We are not NDIS registered however we are NDIS friendly. This means we can work with NDIS Self Managed and NDIS Plan Managed clients for you to claim back for our services.
Funding options
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding support to children who have a disability, to help them access services that will improve their ability to participate in everyday activities and reach their goals. More information can be found on the NDIS website -www.ndis.gov.au.
Kids Therapy Hub IS NOT an NDIS registered provider however were are able to work with Self-Managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants.
Self-Managed NDIS clients – clients that have NDIS plans that are self managed are required to pay for their services at the time of the appointment. We will provide a paid invoice for you to claim back from the NDIS.
Plan Managed NDIS clients – clients that have appointed a Plan Manager to manage their NDIS plan will have the option for us to send invoices directly to them or to their Plan Manager.
Agency Managed NDIS clients – we are unable to offer our service to Agency or NDIS Managed Participants.
Our clinic is a registered provider with most private health insurance funds. You may have benefits available through your private health insurer for allied health services under ancillary or extra cover however this is dependent on your level of cover.
If you are unsure of your cover please contact your private health insurer prior to making an appointment. We have a HICAPS terminal at our clinic for easy on the spot claiming from your health fund so you only settle the gap amount, making it a more seamless experience.

320 (Initial Individual Consultation),
350 (Subsequent Individual Treatment 46-90 mins).

250 (Individual Treatment Long Consultation).
Kids Therapy Hub is a registered Medicare Provider.
If your child has a chronic medical condition, you may be able to claim Medicare benefits to cover allied health services that help manage their condition. A referral is required which can be obtained through your General Practitioner or Paediatrician.
Please note that we do not offer appointments that are fully covered by a Medicare rebate therefore there will be some out of pocket expense associated with your session. We are able to process your claim on the spot through our HICAPS terminal.
Chronic Disease Management Plan – previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care Plan
This program enables you to receive a partial rebate for up to 5 sessions over a calendar year for certain Allied Health Services like Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy. The rebate benefit is $58.00 per session.
Helping Children with Autism / 135
This initiative is a funding scheme that enables children with autism or other pervasive developmental disorders to access early intervention services. Children under the age of 13yrs may be eligible for assessment and treatment funding. Children under the age of 15yrs who have a previous diagnosis of ASD or PDD may be eligible for treatment funding only.
Eligible children are entitled to a maximum of 4 rebated sessions for Allied Health assessments (i.e. Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy) and a further 20 rebated sessions for Allied Health intervention. These rebated sessions are available once a lifetime, and once used, cannot be claimed again. The rebate benefit is approximately $82.00 per session.
Better Access to Mental Health / 137
This initiative is a funding scheme that enables children diagnosed with Autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, Fragile X syndrome, or a moderate or greater vision or hearing impairment, including deaf/blindness aged under 13 for diagnosis aged under 15 for treatment (must have been diagnosed before age 13) to access funding.
Eligible children are entitled to a maximum of 4 rebated sessions for Allied Health assessments (i.e. Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy) and a further 20 rebated sessions for Allied Health intervention. These rebated sessions are available once a lifetime, and once used, cannot be claimed again.
Families that do not have access to funding options, will be considered private paying clients.
