Psychology Services

At Kids & Adults Therapy Hub, we understand that every person is unique, each with their own story, strengths, and challenges. Our psychological services are tailored to support children and teens aged 3 to 18 years, helping them thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

We do offer telehealth adult Psychology services, please contact us to be added to our wait list.

For our youngest clients, ages 3 to 6, psychology offers a safe and playful space to explore big feelings and learn essential skills like emotional regulation, attention, and social interaction. Through child-centred approaches and play-based therapy, we help little ones make sense of their world in a way that feels natural and fun.

As children grow into the primary school years, our psychologists work closely with families and schools to support concerns such as anxiety, behaviour difficulties, learning challenges, and self-esteem. We use evidence-based techniques to empower kids with tools to build resilience, improve communication, and overcome barriers to learning and relationships.

For teenagers, aged 13 to 18, therapy becomes a more collaborative space. We support young people navigating identity, peer pressure, academic stress, family changes, and mental health challenges like anxiety or depression. Our psychologists provide a confidential, non-judgmental environment where teens feel heard, respected, and equipped to handle life’s difficulties.

At every age, we believe in working not just with the child, but around the child—with families, educators, and other health professionals to create a circle of support that nurtures long-term wellbeing.

We offer a range of Psychology Assessments, including:
